Progesterone supplementation during pregnancy worked in one published 
case, and for one mom I am personally acquainted with as well. I've had 
several moms use Goat's Rue and Domperidone right after giving birth who 
have made much more milk for subsequent babies when they had breast 
hypoplasia as well. It depends on the severity of the hypoplasia how 
much more.
