Two ? from a colleague:

1. What is the treatment for extremely painful nipple blanching. Heat does
not seemto help. Mother has 2nd child..had same with first
child...blanching, with extreme pain. Had some in toes and also fingers, but
now it is just nipples...(not just...I am sure it hurts awfully.) Is there
any treatment, drug (was Nifedipine mentioned previously)

2. Does breastfeeding make fibrocystic breasts worse or better? Is there any
effect?
