Heather -- you need to look for the pink piece of papaer that came with your packet from IBLCE way back when you got notice of where your test was going to be held.  The pink paper gives you your Web Results Code -- it also (I am sorry to say) says in bold typeface that you need to save the paper because "it will not be reissued in any way - not by telephone, fax, email for in person."Liz Brooks, JD, IBCLCWyndmoor, PA, USA
