The Human Milk Banking Association of North America publishes "Best Practices for Expressing, Storing, and Handling Human Milk in Hospitals, Homes, and Child Care Settings" that I reference very frequently.  It states the strategy, rationale, and Quality of Evidence as well as references.  Below are some highlights regaurding Child care Settings:
1. Pg 16 - Label Refrigerators & Freezers - Human Milk is not a biohazard and thus it or the refrigerator does not need to be labeled as such.  The reference is the CDC.
2. Pg 17 - Requirements for labeling and storage containers will vary by locale.
3. Appendix 3 discusses human milk errors.
