Oh, Jan, I absolutely LOVE it!

And, not to get too serious about such an excellent light-hearted story,
this is where what we are all doing NOW is going to show its best results (I
hope!). The next generation, knowing for their whole lives that BF is normal
for babies & moms...one of the places change really takes place is what I
think of as "from below", from regular people who grow up and "know" things,
because they've seen & experienced them, rather than just from experts
preaching and teaching. Isn't that what the "old wives' tales" and "myths"
about BF are - just the wisdom, however inaccurate, that people have brought
from their own culture?

Bet the combined power of us on lactnet has produced an awful lot of smart
