Our CALCA group recently reviewed the Vida video.  Our overall
impression was that it was quite good.  It will only be part of our
counselor training program.  I wasn't really thinking about it standing
alone for new staff orientation when I watched it.  You do have a short
time to review it after you buy it.  It can be returned if you don't
like it.  However you do have to purchase it before review.
