Our hospital has been using self-study modules for staff education in
breastfeeding.  A new RN will complete the modules and then arrange to
round with the IBCLC for 4 hours as part of orientation.  Our modules need
revision.

Is anyone else doing something similar?  I have looked in the archives and
could not find comments about this.  It seems most are doing inservices
for staff education.

Please email me on or off the list if you are doing something similar for
staff education.  I want to check with the group before we spend time
revising.
