Since "normal physiologic jaundice" generally peaks at day 3 -- that is, 72
hours, and babies generally go home on day 2 -- that is, 48 hours -- how is
it going to be that the bili will NOT climb after discharge?

As for babies out from under lights for only 30 minutes, how about putting
the bililights over both mom & baby in her bed.  Mom can wear sunglasses,
bili lights can go over both of them.....
