There are really no formal lists kept regarding which companies are not meeting their obligations under the Code. These change constantly as we all know. As the Executive Director of the National Alliance for Breastfeeding Advocacy (NABA), the US IBFAN organization, I am happy to answer your questions about companies that you are uncertain of. I get many emails each week asking if certain companies are meeting their obligations under the Code. These questions come when people are looking at companies as vendors for a conference or sponsors or funders of written materials, etc. Liz has mentioned some of the publications that talk about this issue, but companies change so frequently (either ownership or marketing strategies) that lists would be extremely difficult to keep updated. I try to keep current on violations and unethical or slimy marketing practices and have a publication available on the NABA website that looks at some of this. You can download a complimentary copy of this at http://naba-breastfeeding.org/images/BranchingOut2011.pdf.
