I searched for the pamphlet Rachel mentioned and found the leaflet in a 
downloadable pdf file with permission to reproduce.  It's also in 
several other languages.  The photos are absolutely fantastic!  I wish I 
could order some of the actual pamphlets, but I'll make use of the pdf 
file.  Thank you to the National Health Service in Great Britain!
