The August 22 issue of the National Enguirer names and pictures a mom
and her newborn, born via C-section.  This English mom was told by her
OB/GYN to pull her own almost half-emerged baby out of her uterus.

This article might start the same practice here in the US.  Don't know
how other docs feel about it, but it might be really good for bonding as
this mother indicated it was for her.
