At a recent conference, Peter Hartmann talked about a sheet produced in
Australia by Heinz (of the 57 varieties), which manufactures an infant
formula there. It was a pretty thorough admission of the problems
associated with infant formula - I believe most of the big issues like
diabetes, cancer, and perhaps even SIDS (don't remember for sure) were
there.

He wonders why a formula maker would be denigrating its own product, and
speculates that it sees the handwriting on the wall and doesn't want to go
the route of the tobacco companies, which are in litigation for not having
been clear with consumers about known risks. A lovely turn of the tide!
