Hello All,
Just a quick note to say that an hour ago the judge ruled against Kathleen
and David Tyson in their case seeking to regain legal custody of their 4
month old son Felix, and their desire for Kathleen to breastfeed him.  I
will fill in some of my impressions of the details later.  In chatting
outside the courtroom with a couple of the expert witnesses, I heard that
there are as many as 8 similar cases pending around the US at this time.
