Talked to Pete (317)747-3906.  He's doing OK  He'll be discharged on Monday and
will be off work for one month, but he still hopes to go to Mexico the end of
February.  He saya he REALLY stopped smoking now!  He watched the heart
catheterization and found it fascinating.  His classes are covered, some
workshops were cancelled, but he feels things are under control.  He needs to
attend some Cardiac Workshops, diet (1500 calories), exercise, and "relax???"

We told him to take it easy on Dotti.

Laurie's car was stolen on Monday, so she wasn't able to get to Muncie (she
lives in Indianapolis now and is our family AAA travel agent) until yesterday.
Her car was recovered - he broke into the steering column, tried to steal the
tape deck (she says it's always eaten tapes and she hopes they tried to use
it!), broke into her glove box to get at the button for the trunk and found a
box of detergent and a lawn chair with LAURIE MURK in large letters (which they
left).  All in all, the thief didn't do to well on that job - and was seen
driving it, so now they have a plainclothesman following him.  (Who ever said
thieves were bright people - he left a charge bill in the car with his name on
it!)'

Karen and Diane were told to stay put, as Pete is stable and things are OK.  "I
got my wake-up call." He says.

Dottie sounded OK , even attended a wine and cheese party yesterday with Laurie
as she and Pete had it scheduled.  She says she's sleeping fine.
