Thanks to everyone who responded regarding my thrush mom. I have another
question.

I have a mom who exclusively nursed her baby for 4 months and started
adding formula to replace some of the nursings becaue of continued nipple
soreness. This mom has skin problems on her fingers--they ooze a honey
colored substance and itch. Her nipples ooze and look raw but do not
bleed. She has not seen a Dr. because she is new to the area and will be
moving again in about 3 weeks. She wants to continue nursing this now 5
month old. I will encourage her to seek a physician once she is moved
but do any of you have any advice to help this mom now or should be seek
a Dr. immediately?

Please reply privately as I am still no mail. Thank so much.
