I would never recommend that a mom of twins schedule nursing any
more than with a singleton.  However, I will suggest she might want
to try a "modified demand" approach.  When one asks to nurse, nurse
that one, then see if she can interest the other in nursing.  If she
can, she might get a little longer break to rest or whatever.  We
usually recommend doing this only after the first couple weeks and
when mom is certain both are nursing well and her supply is well
established.  As with so many other things we teach, this is not a
"you should" or "you must" but only a suggestion to use if it suits
her AND the babies.
