Well, I am not exactly in Turkey, but Bulgaria shares a border with Turkey and we have more than 1 million people who have Turkish names, speak the language and claim to be Turkish, so I can share what is popular here.

Anise and dill seeds, sometimes as a tea and sometimes minced and mixed with honey, taken by teaspoonfuls 3-4 times a day is a popular recipe. The herbal pharmacies here have a recipe for quite an elaborate mix of galactogogue herbs that they sell as a galactogogue tea. I have tried it myself - used to drink it when I was down with a flu to help maintain my milk supply and because I like the taste. It contains anise, dill, caraway, fennel, some others that I don't recall at the moment (but these were quite common) and what is really interesting, goat's rue is part of the mix too :)

As for foods and drinks, there is a traditional drink here that was claimed to be a powerfull galactogogue and nursing mothers were advised to drink it often. Its origin was Albania, as far as I know, but it has spread in the past centuries and it is very common in Turkey an in Bulgaria. Traditionally it was made from millet floor, but could be made from other floors too, wheat being especially common, but barley or oatmeal could be used too. The floor is first browned in a hot pan, than mixed with water and sugar, boiled until it thickens slighthly and then a previously fermented mixture (very similar to a bread starter) is added and the mixture is left to ferment for 2 or 3 days. The ready "bosa" as it is called contains about 2-4 % alcohol. I can send the exact recipe if you need it - it is not difficult to make at home and that's definitely better than the concocction sold commonly nowadays, which is nothing more that stale bread and forbidden
 sweeteners.

Other galactogogue foods that grandmas often recommend are onions, especially the red variety, pumpkin and boiled wheat berries. Wheat berries are a food commonly prepared to honor the dead, but it is used as a galactogogue too.

Hope this helps,
