Hi All!  Looking for your thoughts on this long one:

Mom is nursing 3rd baby, now 11 months old.  On Wednesday, 6/25 baby
nursed fine for only a couple of minutes then stopped without a fuss.
At next feeding baby pulled off the breast, cried and screamed, arched
her back and turned her head refusing to nurse.  She will cuddle with
mom, even laying her head on mom's breasts.

Mom has a recurring back injury and began taking Motrin (600 mg bid) on
6/17.  Pain became worse so she began 350 mg tid of Carisoprodol (a
muscle relaxant) on 6/22.  Mom also began smoking 2 or 3 menthol
cigarettes in the evening only 17 days prior to the strike.  Mom has
been on Zoloft (50 mg/day) since she was 7 months pregnant.

Baby hasn't nursed since 6/25.  Has only taken very little ebm in a cup.
Refuses ebm in anything else.  Mom has tasted ebm and all *seems* fine.
This afternoon's ebm has a very distinct light green color.  No apparent
odor (thought I have a stuffy nose).  Milk pumped this evening is losing
green tint.

Baby has seen ped twice to check for ear infections, etc.  Doc says she
sees 4 teeth about to errupt.  Baby has had low grade (100F) fever since
6/26 in the evening.

Mom is pumping with a hospital grade electric pump.  She quit smoking
and has stopped taking the muscle relaxant.  Baby is taking juice from a
cup and a few solids (crackers, vanilla wafers, etc.)  They are
continuing to maximize skin to skin and cuddling together at usual
nursing times.

Any thoughts on what's going on and how to help her back to the breast?
