It's the needless suffering that gets to me - for both baby who is sick and
parent(s) who has to care for him/her.  The health differences that I see
in our inner city, low-income practice between BF and bot fed are so
obvivous.  Caring for a sick, whining baby just isn't fun and these
parent(s) are on the ragged edge of being able to provide for their babies,
emotionally and physically.  It is one more strain that they just do not
