I have read all the archived posts I can find on Narcolepsy with pregnancy and breastfeeding. Most however are dated in the 90's. I have also read the information on the Infant Risk Center's website.

http://www.infantrisk.com/content/narcolepsy-pregnancy-and-breastfeeding-0

Do any of you know of any other information available?
Or have any of you worked recently with a mom desiring to balance her needed therapy and pregnancy and decision about breastfeeding? Coping strategies for tiredness, safety r/t sudden falling asleep during infant care, driving, etc. if she is not on medication?

Thanks so much,
Rachel
