Some people with Marfan's use medication.  In these cases, the meds need to be considered.  I know a woman with Marfan's who has successfully breastfed an autistic child, a child with CP and a healthy child.  Her ability to lactate is on a par with anyone you could find anywhere, and has meant a great deal to her specifically because of her health.  Good luck to this woman, she should do perfectly fine.
