She will have uncomfortable engorgement.  Cabbage and ice would help.  Then breast will involute, she won't have to do anything.  She may leak thru openings that you can't see now.  She will make enough milk to feed baby with one breast!  She will be very lopsided :-(  may want to pad other side or just ignore the lopsided ness.  Pat in SNJ
