What are the hot buttons in first 24 hours?  Separation, sugar,
supplementation and then we move on to jaundice.  I'd concentrate on those.
 ie: separation leads to......late, poor first feeds, denies baby needed
nutrition in just the right amounts and leads to most of the other problems
we see in the early newborn period.  Actually separation is the biggie and
you cam hang the rest from that.  You know - one of those neat flow charts.
