I was just on the company website, where it states that the company is
expanding into the US http://www.agropur.com/en/products/natrel/ 

I don't see any small print on the television ads as there usually is when
artificial substitutes for human milk are advertised (and that's a whole
other subject!), probably because of the advanced age of the target group
(12 months+).  

We really need a Sarcastica font.

My first thought is, what a great marketing scheme. Normally formula
fed babies are switched to whole milk at a year. People who fall for
this will buy formula an additional year. This age group can be very
picky eaters, leading to insecure moms, cue the formula vultures to
prey on the vulnerable.
Brilliant! (sarcasm intended) but other formula companies have been
doing it for years...
