Gosh, I'm posting a lot today! You probably won't hear much from me after
this for a while...

Regarding the diminishing returns for moms pumping in the NICU...... I
saw the documentary on cup feeding in a third world country, and one of
the things that really stood out to me was how the mothers would all
gather at the same time to hand express their milk for their babies. I
was awed as I watched them express with ease, and I wondered if being
with other mothers and watching the milk flow perhaps helped them to
relax and allow their own milk to flow.... I've wondered off and on about
the application of this thought to our private hospital settings.... just
a thought.
