Veronica, this is an Australian book (by Sue Cox) and is excellent
for mothers. Very positive and empowering, easy to read,
'interactive' in a way in that there are places for the reader to
write in what they feel/know, etc before going on to learn about the
next bit. It is sub-titled 'A do it yourself guide' and this is very
appropriate.

Thoroughly recommend this one.
