    That is the very same thing that happened to my mother-in-law, but it
happened in Silver Bay (Duluth area), Minnesota.  My mother-in-law said that
made up her mind, her three oldest children were all breastfed to age one.
My father-in-law decided she should bottle feed the youngest, "it was the in
thing to do".
