According to my-husband-the-pharmacist, there is no way that an appreciable
(if any) amount of Afrin can get into the breastmilk and be ingested by the
baby to cause any sort of clinical significance....

I've recommended it to my moms a lot if saline isn't helping, simply because
"choosing an alternative route of administration" (such as nasal spray rather
than oral) will decrease the amount that has any chance of getting into the
milk.
