I tried to find where to respond to this article, but couldn't - I would
like to refer the author and those who are interested to the California
Department of Health's Maternal and Child Health Website:

The section on "Emergency Preparedness: Infant and Young Child Care and
Feeding" can provide links to material from experts in and outside the US.
We need to be sure that they infants and young children are SAFE, WARM and
FED.does that sound familiar?
