Jeffrey,
We make our own crib cards rather than use commercial ones from either baby milk
company or breast pump company.  We were using milk company ones for bottle moms
and Medela ones for breastfeeding moms.  Having only one card for everyone
(printed on blue or pink card stock) keeps it simple.
