I just wanted to suggest you try anotherlook.org and maybe email Marian Tompson for the stats on Africa/HIV.

I've just gone to the archives and tried to catch up on a months worth of lactnet
discussions.  Reminds me I have to try to stay up to date on some things.  I learned several new things!  Thanks to you to, Naomi, for the reference of the new book Twice Alive.  I cried just reading the books description, LOL.
