I was about to post a question about nipple shields (and now wondering if I 
did and forgot??) since the thread is going!  My question is about 
recommending pumping when using nipple shield.  If baby is transferring well 
with shield, do you recommend mom pump?  This was our hospital's 
recommendation but am thinking the new research shows this may be outdated.
