Please note that an expensive top of the line pasteurizer is not the ONLY way
to pasteurize milk. If you are unable to raise the funds (as we have been trying
to for our milk bank in New England) please consider a less expensive option such
as a shaking water bath from Precision.  There are a few milk banks still using 
this method and it works just fine without all the bells and whistles...at least 
until the more modern pasteurizer can be afforded.
