Lyme dx is not an issue in breastfeeding.  It is not transmitted mother to
child. Yes, there could be effects from longterm antibiotic use.  Get out
the yogurt for both of them, do all the anti yeast things we know about  and
be alert for signs of yeast!  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
