To the many of you (2600?) who live in the country where Thanksgiving is being
celebrated today, enjoy your day. Thank you for being on Lactnet, and thanks
to those of you who sent posts to the list about what Lactnet means to you.
Personally I will be thankful if I survive the exam I am about to take on the
philosophy of the science of public health. I am in Gothenburg, Sweden, on a
fantastic course on this topic, the first time the Nordic School of Public
Health has offered this particular topic.
Afterwards, about when you are putting your turkeys or your vegan alternatives
in the oven, my classmates and I will be eating Thai take-out and feeling
thankful that we are not cooking ourselves.
To those of you who are getting calls today at home from desperate mothers,
think how grateful they will be for your help, even if your own gravy gets
cold while you advise them!
cheers

what more could any e-mail junkie want?
