Need to find a place that has a high enough rate of uncirced babyies. Mine
they are almost all circed.  All of those who are not have new immigrang
hispanic mothers.  As these women have definite cultural views re
breastfeeding - many stress that they do not have milk in the hospital and
use bottles despite all the cajoling I can do - there would be many
confounding  variables.  However, good idea to study somewhere>
