I use the What's in Breastmilk versus Formula poster in my class that others have posted and it's very eye-opening to new parents. This is also a good article from Dr. Jen -

I also like to talk to parents about how mom's milk is alive. I tell them that their milk actually goes into the baby's body and changes the way that the baby's cells work to improve babies health, not just now but also in the long-term. Also, I mention the thing that got me to give breastfeeding a try. A friend who had breastfed her kids asked me what I would rather do at 3 am - get up and make a bottle of formula or roll over, feed the baby and go back to sleep? Good luck with your presentation!
