yep, we called them blowouts.  after the first few months both our girls
went to about a once a week schedule.  and if it had been a week or so,
we tried to stay home because when the blow out happened, it messed up
everything close to the baby.  out both ends of the diaper, all over
baby clothes and the clothes of whoever was holding the baby, through
the sling, on the car seat, etc. etc.
