The mom gave us the clue to her problem at the very end of the long history.

"My objective is to get well--I'm sick of being sick.  I'm too busy to be =
sick!"

Being too busy to be sick, is a clue to me why this mom has had one
continuous bout of mastitis, etc.  Fatigue.  This mom sounds extremely
fatigued and refusing to allow her body to get the rest it needs.  The letter
sounds like she has moved quite a bit and just reading the letter made me
stressed.  The level of fatigue and stress this mother seems to be under has
effected her body's ability to be healthy.  There is no magic pill for rest
other than changing your lifestyle to allow for some relaxation.  She may
need meds but medication does not cure exhaustion.
