I have used the CADIVEU no formaldehyde brand for the past 6 years (I am brazilian).  When I got pregnant I called the manufacturer and they advised against use while pregnant, but said it would be ok while nursing, although they have no knowledge of wether it would affect milk supply.  So I did not use while pregnant, but have had one treatment while nursing (baby was not with me while I had it done).  I also had it done outside on my patio to minimize any exposure to the scent of the product.
