sure, pica is bad nutritionally, but if a mother can get pregnant and give
birth, then why would we tell her to stop breastfeeding because of it?
wouldn't we just figure out why she is eating the other things (custom,
nutritional deficiency, etc.?) but encourage her to keep breastfeeding?
