this could be allergy related instead of yeast.
maybe search archives re allergy and food diary and food elimination.
diaper rash could be from this too.
she could start by elim. common allergens like dairy wheat eggs soy maybe
one at a time or some moms go on a low allergy diet like rice chicken etc
and then add back allergenic foods to see what is the trigger.
in lite of no hx for yeast, may be allergy.
