Dear Friends:
 
Emily asks about colostrum, as she is nursing through a pregnancy and her 
midwife is fearing that the stores of colostrum will be depleted.
 
My understanding is that once Lactogenesis I starts, a mother will make 
nothing but colostrum until the placenta is born.
