I second Dee's suggestion on paced bottlefeedings.  And, as we've recently
discussed on Lactnet, the notion that we LCs need to educate parents on proper
bottle feeding techniques.  I've recently had several cases where I've had to
do this with clients who are getting prepared to go back to work.
