Dear Friends,

Well this is the last one. I can not believe the conversation about private
practice losing patients. I was blaming my drop on my need to help my mother,
and the fact that there are more of us in town. All the others are hospital
based.

I am in the process of trying to decide what to do with my life. I will either
semi retire and have a small office next to my house, or I need to move my
practice closer to Federal Way. This means, buying a house or property, and
getting a partner, etc. I want to have a place where a mother can get prenatal,
doula, and postpartum care. This is a lot to bite off and I am not getting much
support from my family. They like the idea of my retiring.

Please send me your thoughts.
