I would think one would have the same issues with EBM as with formula in a 
bottle.  It's how the feeding (the mechanics) occurs.  I wouldn't think that 
what's in the bottle would not really impact baby's ability to pace on a bottle, 
unless maybe the milk was thickened.  I guess I'm trying to say that maybe 
the possibility of having obese babies bottle-fed EBM could be a reality.  Don't 
know that I would be encouraging such research though.
