You've probably checked these things already - but is there a possibility
the baby might have an ear infection or fluid in his ears? Or a bladder
infection? I've known both these things to cause this kind of unhappiness at
the breast, because sucking makes the ears hurt (and makes the baby pee,
causing pain if the problem is a bladder infection) yet the baby is hungry
so keeps coming back to the breast.
