clinical exp. 2 cases: 2 moms with clearly defined (obvivous) hypoplasia,
babies not gaining in spite of extra efforts to stim supply (with what we
knew 7 & 10 years ago).  I was very honest about probable milk production.
1 mom choose to give bottle and was satified baby had had some colostrum
for first week or so.  Other mom chose to use a supply line and made 1/3 to
1/2 of baby's needs.  She continued for about 6 weeks.  Maybe some others
on the list will have seen more cases and can tell us what they did/saw
