hi, I wonder if this mom has a very strong let down and that is causing the
baby try to control the flow by raising the back of the tongue, or chomping
down. maybe this was the cause of the mastitis? on a personal note I had a
Niagara falls type letdown with my first, and I can tell you that that is
like yelling fire in a crowded theater then slamming the doors shut. my milk
was running for the exit and that kid slammed my nipple shut. I learned to
unlatch him when he got that wide eyed, arms flailing, gulp going and let
the spay calm down.
