Child and Family was published by Dr. Herbert Ratner.  A collection of Child
and Family magazines was moved from the Center for Breastfeeding Information
(CBI) at La Leche League International (LLLI) to the library at Franciscan
University in Steubenville, Ohio USA where Dr. Ratner's archives are held.
Check with the Collections Department at Franciscan University for the
Herbert Ratner Files to see if they can find the publication or reprint you
are looking for.  Dr. Ratner was an early advisor to LLLI, and a friend of
Dr. Gregory White.  Dr. White was also an LLLI advisor, and the husband of
one of LLLI's Founders, Mary White.
